wind speed exceeds the AbstractAutoGuider.KEY_MODEWIND property,
AbstractAutoGuider.CommonModes.SEEING if the windspeed is apt, but the average
seeing is higher than AbstractAutoGuider.KEY_MODESEEING, AbstractAutoGuider.CommonModes.NORMAL
otherwise. |
